How to find the Holland Hundred Bicycle Tour:

Driving Directions to Bicycle Tour Start via Google Maps - Click on the link that says Get Directions: To Here and enter in your starting point and Google Maps will do the rest.

From Chicago

  • Take 94 North into Michigan until you pass just north of Benton Harbor where you want to then take the exit for 196 north to Holland.
  • Still on 196 going north you will pass Saugatuck.
  • After Saugatuck 4 miles 196 break off to Grand Rapids, and US 31 to Holland. Keep left and take US 31 to Holland.
  • Watch you speed it drops to 55 mph shortly.
  • You then need stay on US31 to 16th Street and go West. This requires you to make a “Michigan Left turn” by going past the 16th Street intersection by 100 yards and then make a U-turn on US31 and come back to the 16th Street Intersection from the North.
  • At the light turn right onto 16th Street (going West)
  • Continue about 1 mile on 16th Street and turn right onto Fairbanks Avenue.
  • Smallenburg Park is on the right as you make the turn from 16th Street.

From Detroit

  • Take 96 west to Grand Rapids.
  • At the East side of Grand Rapids is Exit 37 (interchange) Take 196 West to Holland.
  • Continue on 196 past the Zeeland exit to exit # 49. You will be getting off on Adams St (16th Street).
  • As you exit the highway turn right onto Adams/16th Street heading West.
  • Take Adams/16th Street West to Fairbanks Avanue.
  • After you cross US 31 , Fairbanks is about 1 mile up on the right.
  • Turn right onto Fairbanks and Smallenburg Park is on the right side of the road.

From North of Holland

  • Taking US 31 south through Grand Haven.
  • As you come into the Holland area you will past the West Shore Mall to the east (your left).
  • Continue South on US 31 over the Black River past 8th street,  and turn right onto 16th street, (both 8th Street and 16th Street have stop lights).
  • At the light turn right onto 16th Street (going West)
  • Continue about 1 mile on 16th Street and turn right onto Fairbanks Avenue.
  • Smallenburg Park is on the right as you make the turn from 16th Street.
